This training was held two times - Thursday, January 28 from 2:00-3:00 pm and Friday, January 29 from 10:00-11:00 am.
The webinar/agenda was intended to be repeated on multiple dates to serve the daily needs of prevention professionals and ECCO Users Statewide. These optional sessions provide support and ongoing conversation on the utilization of ECCO. Professionals are encouraged to participate in any one or all the sessions in order to stay up to date and assist in creating a conversation of how to use ECCO using best practices and share lessons from the field.
Agenda topics will include:
- An overview of the ECCO Manual and Help Desk Resources
- Walkthrough of recent ECCO changes and updates
- Review of ECCO Reporting features
- Question and Answer Period to help users statewide address issues and troubleshoot problem areas
