Purpose of the Index

The purpose of the Index of Reports is to assist users of the Statewide Prevention Tracking system in locating, using and interpreting program data entered into Ecco.   Ecco reports are a powerful mechanism driving verification of user data, quality improvement, and assisting in the preparation and implementation of the Statewide Audit Processes. 

The reports provided in this document are available equally to Statewide Prevention Staff, Local Management Entities/Managed Care Organizations, Training and Technical Assistance Staff and Programs alike.  Please note that Prevention Staff only have access to reports for their respective agencies.

The North Carolina Training and Technical Assistance Center (NCTTA) published the first version of this index to help provide an overview of reports, use cases for each report, and expected data provided to the user.   While we realize the first version is limited in nature, the index is a living document that is available in .PDF form and as a searchable document via the NCTTA Helpdesk.  Future versions of the Index will include how to use better and navigate available .CSV Reporting Features including the use of Pivot Tables and other Excel Features to make maximum use of your data.
