Ecco upgrades are still ongoing and on schedule to improve the user experience and overall system operation.
We expect the ability to create new Intervention Profiles for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 will be active on or before August 9. The continued delay will ensure that ECCO System Testing and Verifications are complete. Other ECCO Functions are operating normally to close out the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year.
ECCO will be offline the weekend of August 3 and is scheduled to be operational by August 5. The downtime is an opportunity for everyone's browsers/accounts to adjust to the changes and hopefully help alleviate user issues
